About Termokir
Shaping the face of the Israeli construction industry, with pioneering solutions based on innovative technologies, green production processes, and strict quality standards.
Termokir was established in 1983 in Kibbutz Horashim and is owned by it. The Kibbutz DNA is an integral part of Termokir’s identity: For over four decades, the company has been producing pioneering solutions that shape the Israeli construction industry, through the development of green products, innovative technologies, and the setting of a new standard of quality backed by standards.
Our vision
Termokir will provide leading, innovative and creative solutions in the field of construction in Israel and around the world, while based on the values of sustainability.
Pioneers in innovation
Since its establishment, Termokir has gazed into the future, incorporating the innovations and technologies of tomorrow into its products: starting from the establishment of the industrialized powder industry (Dry Mix) in Israel and the development of thermal plaster – up to the launch of Adhesive 601 for absorbent tiles and the development of GEL technology that provides exceptional workability for adhesives and plasters.
The implementation of groundbreaking solutions is made possible by two key pillars: the first is continuous investment in R&D, which drives innovation and the systematic development of unique products. The second is collaboration with the global market leader SAKRET (link to SAKRET page), whose products are based on German technology and are manufactured exclusively in Israel by Termokir.
Pioneers in Quality
Termokir participates in the various standardization processes, and its products undergo strict quality control at all stages of the production process. Even after the products leave the factory, we monitor the project and perform quality checks at the site itself.
Our products comply with European and Israeli standards, and our Company was awarded the prestigious Diamond Mark from the Standards Institute of Israel as early as 2010. The Diamond Mark attests to compliance with eight standards: the Standard Mark, the Green Mark, the Quality Management Mark ISO 9001, the Occupational Health and Safety Management Mark ISO 45001, the Environmental Management Mark ISO 14001, the Energy Management Mark ISO 50001, and the Information Security Management Mark ISO 27001.
Pioneers in Sustainability
Termokir deems sustainability a central pillar of its work, and integrates it into all of the Company’s organizational, marketing and operational processes. This includes the development and implementation of environmentally friendly products from the 1990s to the present day. In addition, Termokir was one of the first companies in the construction industry to conduct a life cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental product declaration (EPD) for a variety of products, in order to reduce the environmental footprint. Termokir’s range of products meet the requirements of green building standards (IS 5281, LEED, and others), and are manufactured in a green and economical process that allows for the production of double the amount of products from the same amount of energy. Thanks to these achievements, Termokir was awarded the Green Globe in 2012 and won the “Industry in the Environment 2015” competition, held in collaboration with the Manufacturers Association of Israel.

Termokir is committed to driving the construction industry towards a more sustainable future through a systems approach: for a building to function optimally, all components must work together seamlessly to form a high-quality, integrated system. In line with this perspective, we ensure that all systems speak the same language – your language. To this end, Termokir offers a variety of systems that include roof systems, walls, floors, and special use areas, such as wet rooms and protected spaces.
