System execution steps

Level 1

Preparing the infrastructure

  • Weak/loose layers must be removed until stable concrete is exposed
  • Cracks that are discovered must be cut and, if necessary, treated as detailed below
  • The concrete around the bars must be ground to a minimum of 2 cm with a suitable tool
  • At least an additional 5-10 cm of concrete should be exposed beyond the treated area until undamaged iron is exposed.
